Thunder closed out the Lakers in Game 5

MVP: Though Kevin Durant was brilliant and more efficient, let's throw these honors to Russell Westbrook, whose incandescent third quarter spurred the rally that ultimately buried the Lakers.
X Factor: Andrew Bynum had a strong start to the game, but found himself in foul trouble and ended up with 10 points and 4 rebounds in what looked like a lackadaisical effort. A dialed-in Kobe netted 42 points.
That was ... exciting. The Thunder played an immaculate second half, with all three of their key perimeter playmakers showing up. They gave NBA fans every reason to believe the Western Conference Finals against the juggernaut Spurs will be a special series.
